Study on the platelets Count by Changes of the Temperature and Time

Abstract
|
|
|
Effects to the platelets count by the time & temperature.
1) Decreased gradually as time went by
2) Temperature was lowered much more in the refrigerator than in the room temperature.
3) The sooner counting began after sampling of specimens the more precise results we could get and the reservation of ´sampled specimen in the refrigerator gave only the reduction in its count.
